How often should I have my house washed?
Most homes look their best with a wash every 1–2 years. Shaded or wooded lots often need it yearly, since mildew and algae grow faster without direct sun.
Is it safe to pressure wash my roof?
No. High pressure can strip shingle granules, loosen shingles and void manufacturer coverage. We only soft wash roofs, using low pressure and a cleaning solution that kills the algae at the root.
Will the cleaning solution hurt my plants or pets?
We pre-wet and rinse landscaping before and after cleaning and use properly diluted solutions. We just ask that pets stay inside while we work.
Do you clean commercial properties?
Yes — storefronts, offices, HOA and multi-family buildings, sidewalks and parking areas. We can schedule around your business hours.
Do I need to be home?
Not necessarily. We just need access to an outdoor water spigot and the areas being cleaned. We’ll send photos when the job is done.
